Orders are despatched within 5 working days after payment confirmation. Typically, UK and EU orders take between 24-72 hours after dispatch. For US orders ground service is used and can take up to 7-10 working days depending on the delivery address.

Delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of COMO SHAMBHALA. These interruptions include, but are not limited to, delays caused by the transportation system, shipping carrier or processing of cardholder’s credit/debit card.

Currently, from our website we only ships to addresses within the EU member states and the USA mainland addresses only (excluding New Jersey and Alaska).

After logging into your account, the status of your checkout history can be found under Order History. For orders via registered postage, a tracking number (article tracking number) will be given to you after the receipt given from <a American Post Limited

Sample ordering is on ‘first-come-first-served’ basis. To ensure that you get your desired samples, it is recommended that you make your payment within 60 minutes of checking out.
